  1. lol, rads is a slow way to ascend if you're good at srt or DdRT for sure but we knew what he ment, as with cycalists everyone has an optimum RPM and as such different riders chose higher or lower MA's. Secondly, PLEASE do not use a gri-gri in a rads system, they were not designed for such and there have been several accidents with them, look at which way it is sprung...........................OPEN a gri gri is a belay device and should be treated as such just like any other stitch plate or F8 the last load of IRATA guys i saw using them was before the rig, they wanted light compact gear and they hated the ID anti-panic-descent function. after ascending or desending they locked it off with knots as they had soon realised that the gri-gri had a tendancy to slip! Use an ID or a rig x stay safe people x
  2. I checked the instructions and they are very clear on putting the spacer between the jack & sling, hope that helps also if the red joint did wobble undone, not that i can see quite how it can being you'd have to disconect the sling from your krabs or am i missing something? furthermore if it did come undone it wouldnt result in a fall simply an inconviniance as it would struggle to self tail, just like when the old velcro used to snap undone?
