we've used suregrow on our paddocks after the hard winter, with a bit of rain and sunshine the grass soon starts growing and it looks a lot lot greener in a week. you just spread in on top and leave it. you should only need a sack, it's only like £12 i think, you can get it cheaper if you look online. i highly reccommend it for quick new growth. hope this helps.

Just want to say a HUUGE HUUGE thankyou to everyone who donated money and sent words of support for today. In total i've managed to raise £420 which i am absolutely thrilled about, and i couldn't have done without you guys over the last couple of weeks. I've attached a picture of myself and my mum just before we did the race so you can see my fairy wings and tutu once again a massive thankyou to everyone x

cheers muchly, it's getting there, it's dislocated a handfull more times since october but it's way better than what it was, i can now climb 3-4 days a week which is good news thanks for asking. x

We use dettol diluted in a small amount of water on the horses and us in summer, it works pretty well, it also means that if you do get bitten you're covered in antiseptic so that helps to stop the swelling.It's safe to use despite saying it's for cleaning floors ect, i've not been bitten by a horse fly since we started using it, it's not the best but it's way better than nothing. The lavender one makes you smell lovely as well

Not long now, 2 weeks before i'm running i know you guys have been amazing in the sponsership but it would be fabulous if i could make it to £300 soo i'm asking once again, please please if you could spare just a few pounds for Cancer Research it will help to make a difference to so many people's lives and i'd truly appreciate it. Yeah i'm starting to realise it is kinda addictive i want to add a mile everytime i run. i have thought of that, theres a few near to me so i think i may be checking those out. thanks Geoff for your supportive words. x

So sorry to hear that, it must have been so hard. it has taken some of our relatives unfourtunatly but no one as close. i agree the new campaign is such a fab idea, one of their best i think. blimey go her, i would love to run the marathon next year, i think thats a challenge enough. Good luck to her she's doing something fantastic. Yes they're all A-mazing, they've nearly doubled my target which is fantastic, it makes the running worthwhile thanks for the words of support. x
