  1. Ok look like medium for me i am 5'6.5. Can always send them back but always nice if they fit first time . Thanks guys
  2. But theres small 430mm, medium 460mm and large 490mm ????
  3. I am going to purchase a pair of Gecko spikes, does the size they offer relate to my height, leg length from knee to heal, weight e.t.c and which are better velcro or old style straps ? Thank Tommy
  4. So Phytophthora ramorum does not decay wood and is a becterial infection, but how and what does it break down within the trees internal biological cellular structure to source energy?
  5. Thanks for all your replies this helps alot, i will be in contact with gustharts to talk about some gear. I need a set up so i can climb straight away and if i was to choose the gear i would really want the price would be well over £1000 pound without top handle or even a rigging kit, so i just need to "get of the ground". Tree gear is not cheap (because it is of good quality), i think a £1000 pound is not a large amount of money when you consider a harness is 2 to £300 pound. Thanks Tom
  6. Thanks for your reply, I am climbing on DRT with blakes hitch just a basic set up. I will see how much it is if i buy it sepratley, i am spending £1000 is there any cheaper buisness outlets for arb gear you can advise?
  7. Quercus Tree Climbing Kit and choice of harness
  8. Does this friction hitch work better than blakes ? It sought of looks like a upside down blakes hitch.
