  1. Moheda trailers from AT Osbourne are well worth a look and so are Mowi trailers from Fuelwood. they both come from the same parent company but have different cranes and probably different prices. Nokka also make drive trailers up to 15 tonnes, not sure if there is a dealer in the UK but Scantrax in Belgium sell them.
  2. The site is way up near tongue - on the blank part of the map.
  3. Just testing the waters at the moment but I may have an opportunity for a reliable, sensible operator to work a bog-tracked excavator with a mulcher on soft ground. The work will involve mulching standing trees and post harvest brash on a deep peat site in the N of Scotland Initial details are for approx 20 weeks work. I'm looking for someone who can be relied on to operate and maintain the machines on a remote site. FMO certificates will be arranged if necessary. Anyone interested ?
  4. Try HSS hire in Fort William or Campbell Plant Hire in Inverness, Campbells should deliver it to the site - not sure about HSS,
  5. the one at Wilsons has gone - I phoned him on Thurs to get it sent up with a new botex.
  6. I'm looking for a Timbermaster skyline. Preferably twin axle and complete and ready to go. I will consider anything serviceable as long as it can be made decent. Please don't mention the one that was abandoned in Glen Brittle just after the dinosaurs left. Here's hoping !

If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.
