  1. Ok great thanks everyone. It's fine when I first start it, it idles lovely but as soon as I push the trigger then the revs don't die down even after I have released the trigger and the chain is spinning like mad??!! Anymore help for you helpful people?

Right after taking the handle apart on my 201t (with all components springing out) trying to resolve the issue of my saw constantly revving, I put everything back together but unfortunately still having the same issue!! My thoughts now are either the clutch or it needs a tune up? Any advise would be great. Cheers.
  3. Well it's good that I'm not the only one that has had this problem!! Unfortunately I don't have a 2nd saw to take apart more carefully. That pic would be great. Thanks chaps.
  4. Merry Christmas to everyone. My 201 has decided to not stop revving recently, so I thought I would have a crack at opening the handle/trigger unit myself to try and fix the problem! Trouble is as I opened it all the bits flew out and now can't for the life of me put the thing back together!! Diagrams or help would be awesome:)

    Don't get me wrong I love using my hitchclimber, just looking to make life easier when I'm up in the canopy all day long. Would be great to try before I buy.

    I was really looking to buy a sj, got put off buy a shop who said what are you used to climbing on (hitchclimber) so didn't get one in the end, would like opinions on how good/easy to use they are???
  13. I always have found they are tough trousers, using stihls now which seem to fall apart within a few months. (Only use the stihls cuz the company pays for them)
