Ian is correct in what he is saying. Public Liability is not a legal requirement but you will find it is the foundation of most polices you would look to take out. He is also correct in his advice regarding Employers Liability. Employers Liability would be required if you intend to take on an employee or use subcontractors who would work under your control. Hi there, We can offer both Public Liability and Personal Accident cover on Arborisk but this will not cover extreme sports. However, as a broker we can approach alternative insurers for a Personal Accident Policy that will include extreme sports. Unfortunately we cannot cover the republic of Ireland as this falls outside of our territorial limits. We can however offer cover to those based in Northern Ireland.
