Newbies do often have a lot to offer if we get to no them welcome themnand understand them.......I've seen many a newbie made to feel like a ****, why because they haven't had chance to understand some of the big characters on the or had experience on forums to understand the way they work

When we 'judge' someone's post without knowing them and there personality it can often lead to huge misunderstandings, shame on ppl for asumin the worst not the best......I no the author off said thread the whole op was totally misjudged wrong conclusion off his character drawn.....the fact that pople always see the worst is in fact a embarasmt to the forum

Trouble is in black and White posts can seem a million miles from what the posters actualy mean it's as much as people's interpretations as it is the post. A bit of empathy and understanding and seeing the best in the posts rather than assuming the worst......this would go a long way FACT:001_smile:

I often wonder why people would risk there freedom over something so petty........can u explaine please, and in my mind vandalism and gbh are far greater crime that parking in a allocated space.

Just to put you in the picture a little betta....my name is Nathan Butler, my family run G A Butlers and sones based in Newbury Berkshire, myself and my cousin moved to jersey in 2009, we started a business (butlers jersey ltd) after 2 years my cousin left this, I worked by myself for a few years, then last year I employed a young lady through the princes trust, she I a great little member off the team. This year we have spend a lot of cash on advertising ect and we and now in a position where we are fairly well recognised and respected on the island. This has lead to the problem of me not being able to beon site all the time we are looking for someone long or short turm to help with the work load, the reason I have approached itself is because we need someone motivated skilled and willing to lead a small team.....hop this makes the offer clearer thanks Nathan
