Best not to go to Bolton on holiday then.
I’m sure it has many fine attributes Mick, but no I shan’t be booking up.

Vernon Kaye to replace Ken which is ok by me, always struck me as a good lad.
Another one I can’t listen to - voice just grates like Sara Cox ☹️

Have a horizontal Alko, 4 or 5 ton that did me well for years. Now use a vertical Clarke 5 1/2 ton. Both good for doing own wood on a small scale but nowhere near good enough for commercial. Still use the Fiskars x25 and x27 mostly as far quicker on straight grained stuff

Just comes up in general feed for me 👍

Location will help! Add yourself to the tipsite and or contact local tree surgeons

Got a few enquiries, nothing like as much as normal as would be booking for April usually. Got 8 full days confirmed and looking at a couple more quotes tomorrow. Grass cutting starting soon will add a day a month to begin with, then fortnightly soon enough. On a positive note I’m not stressed because I can’t keep up and getting a few jobs done at home 👍

All the best with recovery, thanks for writing this. Worth it if it saves one person from having an accident. I don't do much grinding but same applies to saws, machines, processors etc.
Maybe put your bank details on here, sure plenty could chuck something in there to help you along?
Maybe PayPal would be better if you have it?

I too love a pub quiz and can't stand people cheating with phones at them. I reckon put them in a bowl on the way in and have the option to do a bit of swinging on the way out.
Six of us do a quiz every Thursday and do just that - phones go in phone boxes in middle of table. Anyone seen using one - the team gets immediately disqualified 👍

I found an Ali body from a transit on eBay- cut the steel body off my iveco daily, swapped them over with help from a mate and various bars/levers etc.
welded brackets up in situ, bolted it down then made high sides from box steel and ply. Gave it a few coats of bitumen based paint and this lasted me three years. Took about a week and done for under 1k all in - this was about 10 years ago mind so prices have risen since then

If only I was closer! Someone will bite your hands off at that cheap price 👍

“I guess it’s who you know, not what you know”
isn’t that the same in all walks of life though? Just for the most of us it’s not out there for all the public to see

Shame Ken is leaving - always try to catch popmaster if we can get a break at that time. Can’t stand Sara Cox - the voice is like nails down a blackboard to me. Yet when she’s on tv she tones it down a lot and is ok

Congratulations Steve! You can have that drink now 😏

Taken far too early at just 68.
Saw Faithless probably seven times from the V Festival to Cambridge Corn Exchange. Always a total crowd pleaser and guaranteed to get the crowd dancing and bouncing about.
Will be sorely missed.

Director of Discharge to Assess and Home First Transformation - Carlisle, Cumbria
JOBS.THEGUARDIAN.COM
Support the Chief Executive / DASS on the delivery of system wide strategic goals...This isn’t even a particularly bad one. I can nearly tell what the job is.
Anybody capable of getting this kind of job should be shot. Nobody is simultaneously dim enough to not see the harm and clever enough to work the mouse to apply. And they couldn’t even bother getting the ad proof read to find the typos - pathetic effort 😂

Saw The Specials a few times - always great and Terry Hall will be sorely missed. Taken far too young

Just the whole shock through the handles was very uncomfortable- ok the first few times but after a while it started to really hurt my hands/wrists. I have no problem using the x25/x27

So what are you asking per cube and 2 cube?
These guys cover my area so we need to be in the same ballpark price wise. We are still more expensive without the kiln dried and Woodsure tag.
Kiln Dried Loose Logs | Devon and Cornwall Logs
DEVONANDCORNWALLLOGS.CO.UK
Our kiln dried logs are an economical way to fuel you fire because they have a lower moisture content, meaning less energy is required to burn off residual moisture and therefore more...As as aside - you’d think with a website like that they’d at least get it proof read - never ceases to amaze me how some businesses just don’t check these things

Snowing steadily here in mid Essex - we don’t normally get that much luckily. That’ll be tomorrow off then as just getting across town to the job would be a nightmare with the traffic alone as drivers lose all ability with the merest hint of snow ☹️
