  1. According to one of the TO round here you don't even need to apply for permission. There was a massive! horse chestnut in a conservation area some one properly butchered it step cut left and pegs. It looked like it was half dismantled like whoever did it should have come back to finish it off. Now no one know who did it, but the TO is going to send a stern letter!!. It sort of make's a mockery of having to apply for permission cause if you don't all you get is a stern letter?

  2. just bough a length of samson stable braid 14mm, used it twice and very nice really, supple yet the fibres are tight just a touch slippery for now till it gets worked in, all in all impressed, feels better than my old marlow braid .....:001_cool:

I have just had to retire my air power gold's they lasted nearly a year, really comfy straight out the box the only problem i found was they split really badly down the outside of the left boot after about 7-8 months? it may well have been my fault for not looking after them as well as i should have :thumbdown:. i now have a pair of airstreams and they've taken a while to break in but if i'm on spikes all day they're really comfy :thumbup:
