  1. Thanks elicokiz, googled it for positive id. Will try just moving them on if any more appear.
  2. Hi all, can anyone identify this caterpillar which has scoffed all the foliage off one of my pear trees and has started on an apple tree now. Sorry the image isn't great, the creature is 2.5 cm, red/brown with yellow stripe on the back and red spots down both sides and a spike on the back. Also any ideas on protecting against them?   3. Hi, not having used cambium savers much, was just wondering if it is common to use a pulley in conjunction with one?

  5. Have you tried utilities firms? Not real tree work mostly I know, but it pays and they are always looking for staff between the different companies.
