  1. Selling my Jo beau mate it's on arb trader. Will be hard to find a better example. Low hours. Rotatable spout. Message me if you interested or see the advert Cheers. Nick
  2. Heat pad makes no difference in making the pants any hotter. So your comment "priceless" is one from someone with no knowledge about this product. Why have you brought 2x hiflex when your stretch airs last twice as long?? I wouldn't fight you your hand bag is too big? Dive for cover chaps, typo Did you mean you get under the covers with chaps? Rager
  3. Wrong size?? I never complained about the waist sizing on the steins. Actually it another positive, number3 I think, there did come up nice on the waist. They are just I'll fitting baggy heavy and too hot to be used. Final thought and conclution If you are looking for a new pair of chainsaw trousers and you want any of the below steins are for you Heavy Baggy Hot (great insulation) Zips that saw dust can't get in too (I know, wow) Accurate waist sizing No back pocket (who needs one) Only one heat pad, have one on each leg would have been silly A big crotch zip, as big is best Large seams to poke in to your legs when sitting down, not annoying at all No didn't think so
  4. Size med ordered. 32-33 waist. How an opinion can be flawed is a moronic comment Have you used hiflex?
  5. Conflict of opinions, you think they are great, no reasons why but there. I think they are terrible and have give plenty of reasons why. Suppose that why we are both on this, hey?
  6. Or just use Velcro, like the hiflex. Steven are you slightly biased I read you were on the test team. Don't see how you can pass an unbiased opinion on this one
  7. Typo. Can't work out why they are upside down. Are they made in Ireland?
  8. Why can't the heat pad be on both sides? Short sighted design I guess. Just because I have it on the left side don't mean I use the wrong way round. Personal pref. As for the zip. Think about it and I will come to you? What sort of a response is that??? No back pocket is just lazy design. Basically they forgot. They are a usefully pocket for wallets. Chipper keys. Goes with out saying the stihls have them. Obviously
  9. Man up and getting cutting??? Tree equip your are obviously a very misguided man. As not all trouser need to be hot. The hiflex even type c are a lot cooler than the new steins. While your hot and lethargic up your tree with you Baggy padded trouser rest a sure I will be significantly cooler more comfortable than you. Now I have my hiflex back.
  10. Ok here goes, negatives:- Too heavy Too baggy Too hot Pocket zip upside down Heat pad on wrong side for lefties Positives Seem hard wearing material Heavy duty crotch zip Err.... I am out I would be interest to know why you rate them so highly?? Also have you used hiflex?? Cheers. War machine
  11. Shocking trouser, avoid. Save yourselves the hassle and get a pair of hi flex. Had my steins a week and they are gonna go on eBay. Hi flex and airstreams for the rest of my days
  12. Got my revolutions on Monday, all round protection. And have to say they the worst chainsaw trouser ever!!! Reasons:- They are hotter than the sun No back pocket Front pockets the zip are upside down Heat proof pad on wrong leg Way, way too baggy Too heavy Too thick Really uncomfortable when driving, seams too big if anyone wants them they are size med Hi flex i am sorry I will never stray from you again, please forgive me
  13. Put my 18" bar on it the 560 and it seem really balanced. Reckon that's the way forward. Agree that it's old school power to weight. Think husky are on to a winner. Be interesting to see the future styling on their other soon to be revamped range. Took another husky on demo from chippertech the 576xp. Couldn't give back at the price Daniel quoted me, so brought it. And with the added bonus of the wife giving the silent treatment. Win win ace new saw and piece and quiet. And relax
  14. Tried out the new husky 560xp today on a days demo from Daniel @ chippetech in Suffolk. And have to say what a saw. I run a 6month old 357xp and the new 560 kicked but. Very impressed now need to save up to get one. Real aggressive styling to match the power of the little rocket will just kill everything I threw at it. Was down at my wood shed and tried with loads of different wood. Clutch didn't kick in once!! Daniel is doing day demo on it for a while so give him a ring. Be warned you will want one!!!
