  1. have a look at the dolmars from midland power machines, or there,s some nice jonsered,s show up on ebay sometimes. my mate uses a ms181 to cut all our cordwood!!! says his 254xp is to heavy? and i still like using my ms650, light powerful smooth, so really what ever saw is in your hand and sharp!
  2. 290 IS A DIY SAW! pain in the bum to put rings or piston in.
  3. does anyone know of a bomag dealer in the north east and yes i have googled it and found one in kent and one in manc. but i want one local to me.

  8. hi if i were you i,d go for that it seems a fair price £1012.00 delivered? a full load makes about 105 dumpy bags, so there is some profit in it.
  9. you will have to do many many hours labour, bending, lifting, stacking, filling, it,s very repetive work. But the up side for me is out delivering in weardale and surrounding areas empty roads and beautiful views.

  13. Gave him a second hand bar and sold him a chain, he bought the saw with the bar on and used it, he did not know any better. i wanted to keep the bar to hang on the wall but he took it saying he had another saw to put it on!!!!
  14. had a guy turn up wanting a chain for his saw. the bar was made up of 2 different bars welded together!!! badly it was like a dogs hind leg lol
