    Log theft.

    bad news....had a few ton go missing last year, all ringed up....like the comment with the sharpend sticks ...good one
  2. very similair happened to my 90 some years back...big end right through the block....got a disco 200 engine tdi fitted in the end...after a bit of fabrication !...they do not fit straight in !!...good luck

    on my own house....managed to finish the job with the help of the missus... got the log burner going...we moved in in july & been one of those must do jobs...never be with out a log burner !

    starting me climbing course next week with terry in bristol...been looking forward to it fo ages..anyway up on the roof today installing a log burner & the flue...just tightening up the galvanized cowl & slip...sliced clean through two tendons on me right hand!...been in casuality today and undergoing full operation tomorrow...they're getting a plastic surgeon in for 9.00 am...bet he'll be pissed off !...not as much as me though....hand set in a cast for a month ! might just go on the course to watch & observe:thumbdown: and my typing crapper than usual....wish me luck lads..

  9. yes... well fiddle my expenses...I wish I had the chance...robbing lot...blah,blah...MP is my initials...thats it !.... hey shreks wee brother, how come you gonna remeber me as player then ?....now the gen: I'm 44, married with 4 x grown up kiddies....getting trained up a bit next week on a climbing course, been looking forward to it for ages...then looking to play a bit on weekends... my main job could come to an end if I want...so se how it goes...would love to go at it full time...if I'm up to it !! been mad keen on saws /loggin for years now, used to have a girt house that used 15 tons logs year...always at it....but the big house etc all gone now ! hoorayy,
