  11. That is why i asked the question as a competitor is doing the same!!!! You have confirmed what i already knew 1....Seasoned is best 2....Some firewood merchants will sell green ash and say its as good as seasoned logs
  12. ok i was seeking a fellow proffesional opinion as i do know a couple of car sales man and when i went to buy a car they both gave me differant opinions?
  13. The point of this thread is that i was throwing into question the real suitability of green ash as a substitute for seasoned logs, Customer opinion seems to vary because thats what they get told by firewood merchants I WAS SEEKING A PROFESSIONAL OPINION?

  19. My advise would be to move its a great life in the west country, knock the money off your mortgage and start again. If your good at your job you will always get work I find pople tend to stay where they are as there scared of moving in case it goes wrong, but so what if it does at least you have tried
