  1. hi new on hear so not sure if this is what you meant by pm you.

    basically my boss wants me to work and a percentage of my wages go to paying off the course, which Im happy to do and my parents may well fund some of it.

    Any help or ideas would be much appreciated.

  2. spoken to my boss yesterday about it and he rang you guys up to get a idea on prices at the moment, think hes now gona see what he can do about where the money can come from.
  3. yeah once you said that it all became clear how to get started on hear, yeah i think every ones said it now on what should say to him.
  4. the idea of saying i would stay so long after training is usual but are there any other ideas? I've had such as looking after my own climbing kit I already have, paying for its LOLER inspections. I feel i have really gotta get this right as he has already payed for one persons training, who now works for them self most of the time now and uses his climbing kit, so i totally understand his wanting of a proposal.
  5. I have recently asked my boss if he would be willing to put me through my CS38 & CS39, he sounds keen but has asked me to come up with a proposal for him. Does any who runs there own company have any ideas on what they would like to see or just any one with any idea. i would be very grateful of your input.
