  1. got up at 10am came down stairs had some grapes, kissed the family bye bye. went to cafe for roll and coffee. parked down the beech and looked at the view. found a wee oil can on the beech after combing for 10 mins. sweet went for a walk thru some woods taking a couple of photos. looked at a couple of jobs for thursday. stopped in at another coffee shop for some peppermint tea and a smoke salmon, cheese and cucumber fucacia. parked down the beach again. looked at the snow on the mountains. drove home. picked the boy up from nursery. have been on arbtalk ever since, having coffee and muffins, but did nip outside to have a wee fire in the garden just for a laugh with junior because andy collins was talking about it and it put me in the mood. now i am hungery again so i will have a little snack while i wait for my lovely wife to come home and make me dinner. hope this little post makes you feel better mate. he he lol

  3. i had a bonny in a big garden last month, the drag was massive, so stuff chipping.

it was huge laurels and a bigish ash. the job would of looked terrible lying in a big pile because the house looked down onto it.

gardeners had dumped loads of brash right under the ash years ago so was ideal for a fire. so felled ash onto it. mash mash lit fire then through the laurel straight on. job done. but usually only in fields and woodlands.

it all depends on the job mate imo

  4. Hello Desired Affect,......mmmmmm, when I saw the title I thought you were suggesting to you,re boss that you should come to work in drag. In which case I would recommend a long black evening dress with matching gloves and clutch bag. And to top it off a long blond wig. Just kidding bruv.

i thought you would rather he rolled over so you could rub his tummy, woof woof. lol:001_tongue:

havent thought about a smart remark for Andy yet, it does look a bit dodgy.

bums in the air and all that:ohmy:

my mum and dad are still waiting for mfi doors for wardrobes from 25years ago.:sneaky2:

  6. Hahahahaha, me too but they are off limits at the mo......good job I,ve got the Jack Russell to fall back on.Hahahaha

i have got a cracking picture in my head now for the arbdogs thread lol

so so wrong, but funny as hell:001_smile:

  7. Me too mate, they put the joy back into spiking. Do you find that after a bit of use the velcro that attaches the pad to the shaft doesn't work so well, what with all the dust and debris kicking around........maybe I should just clean them one in a whille!!!!!!!!

Top spikes though, couldn't entertain a pair of buckle up one's now.

thats it, i am going to treat myself to the geckos. havent bought myself anything in ages. :001_smile:

  8. I'm scratching my balls because of the weather - Mind you if I had a lot on I'd be getting on with it. I've not really seen a drop in work available, but I've definitely seen a drop in price as to what people are prepared to pay for it, and can get it done for.

    Rob

i love scrathing my balls, all my pockets are worn thru, good for heating your hands i say.:001_smile:

  9. So, do you guys look forward to a bit of wind or is it a nervy time?

(the award for the 'Best Fart Gag' goes to...)

i am always dissapointed in the number of folk that wont pull my finger. ha ha
