I almost always use a throw bag, Why the heck not? Takes a second to put it on and has saved me time almost every time. (queue the Anchorman quotes "Sex Panther, works 60% of the time Everytime!!" Frustration usually just makes things worse. Unless your demolishing something....

Hey Steve, just a query about the £150 ISC prize, Is there a timeframe, or can I hold off for a while. I ask because I'm only just starting out in the industry and cant really make informed choices as to what I'll need. Sorry if im being a nuisance, but I want to make the most of the prize.

Hello there, myself and a friend (he's not so great with the 'interwebs' ) of equal qualifications (CS30/31/38/39) are newly qualified climbers as of November 08, and are keen to increase our experience and qualifications in the Arb industry. We are both enthusiastic, hard working, and keen to improve on our skills. We are both certainly available for part time work, and potentially full time.
