  1. Another Pugsley came to an unfortunate end in the village....
  2. Did find some of your relalives in the cemetary 5 Shires so i did some research.....
  3. Porlock. Down a very steep hill from Exmoor
  4. On the way out the Landlord showed me where in of the Original windows could be seen.This village is full of ancient history!
  5. One for the road.My seat is within the old fireplace where once poets sat around scribbling.
  6. I find it easy not drinking now.The Arbshow was the biggest test! It's no different really except for the fact that you leave the pub in the same condition as you entered it..and that kinda suits my lifestyle at the moment. Goodnight Arbtalkland.Next stop.....CYMRU
  7. My final evening in Porlock Wier and i find myself in it's oldest Alehouse.13th Century building.
  8. Inside the Church (which also dates back nearly 1,000 years in it's original state) Where the Yew tree is found in the churchyard,can be found a knight and his Lady.
  9. I could live here.I really could.Maybe one day....
  10. I was looking for peace and tranquility whilst on my holiday and i have found it here.
  11. I'm here for a couple of days...it has everything i need.Nasi Gorang (and other Asian food) great Fresh orange...and plenty for any Fox to see!
  12. All local produce....what a delicious breakfast.With Colombian Coffee.Now to excercise it off....plenty to do!
  13. But this is a young tree in comparison to my next Yew encounter.Nevertheless i adore this Old timer.
  14. Yeah agreed Darrin.Will be nice if the sun comes out and i can get some better light.

There is one last thing...my biggest passion are trees and even this sleepy seaside village has an ancient Yew.I have just been to visit it.Ten years since i met it for the first time when i was here last for my 40 th Birthday.Estimated at over 1,000 years old it is my second favourite tree.I feel humbled by its great age.Magnificant and Ancient even in the night light. I will return in the morning.

  21. Who knows?....as long as i get to Annalize's place by the end of the week.Going to do a day's work with her and John...until then the World's my oyster.Well,the U.K.anyway😉
