I promised myself i wouldn't get locked into Arbtalk until i had prepared my final demonstration for tommorow (Final day) so.......i will backtrack to yesterday when i have completed the course.It's been so in depth and so interesting and quite intense that i need to focus.Buti must complete my Birthday post.....We began the day with a quiz on everything we had covered so far....My team won and we all gota Gold Star![emoji16]

Thought you'd like that. Today was a great day....My Demo couldn't have gone any better.Totally stoked.This is was i've wanted to do for about 25 years when i was at college and the moment i tied a climbing system into a rope,i was hooked.....See you tomorow.

Straight out of the 80's.Not bad for £50 with full English.Even had an outdoor hot tub.

Day one was a great success! Only let down was that there is a camping area on the grounds but i was not allowed to put my tent up.(Only in the summer).No matter,ifound a room at a great price right next to Shakespeare's birthplace.

In a class of about 12 up of myself and a fellow Tree Surgeon and Tree Officer some ladies who work with dogs,Health and safety managers and a Farm manager i am in good company with some string characters

I have done many courses over the years.Lots of Health and safety,First aid,manual handling,cable detection,Chapter 8 etc. All of which canbe tedious and very samey.Lots of figiting and shuffling,even seen people nod off.This course so far is completely different.

Anyhoo...early night for me. The next four days my brain needs to be like a Knowledge sponge. First time ever in a youth hostel.Building looks nice against the sky tonight.
