  1. No visit here is complete without a look at thr Lego replica which should be finnished in 2 years they reckon..(visitors pay for each brick)
  2. Inside you will find this chap...Bede. Whoever he was in his life he is a part of very ancient times and that's one huge peice of local marble.
  3. We have about 17,000 Sudents here..when they have events on Palace green they build one substantial Marquee...
  4. Nearly 1,000 years of history right there.

  6. As much as i love my adventures around the U.K....even on an overcast day there is no place like home...just been to see a job i shall do with my son and will be a good one.we have really nice countryside around Durham...A visit to our ancient market place always gathers crowds.

  15. Stumpgrinding...delivering woodchip and processing logs then going to the Pub with my workmates for one....first time in several weeks...stopped whilst i dropped weight.

  20. They are great..but a glass of cold orange juice was always close by as we just had a day of hedge cutting....forcast said 13 but the temperature climbed a lot higher! I suffer in anything above 19 degrees and at this time of year right through until Autumn the ninent i leave the yard.......i alwaya swap my chainsaw pants and boots for shorts and flip flops...Ahhhhhh!

  22. Once upon a time i wouldn't have ever eaten salad on a regular basis....now i can't get enough of the stuff...love it!
