  8. On to the next on my medicinal mission....ZEN! Only a simple Singha beer here....i seek only the relaxing vibes from the great music they play here in soothing red surroundings
  9. Incidently,the Dun Cow is situated next door to the masonic lodge abd apparantly has a secret door connecting the two.....
  10. I share...it's what i do.....my spirits are now lifted but somewhat lacking in the "Spirit" department....nothing on the list for me.....something more far eastern i reckon😆
  11. One of my favourite ale houses in the City,named after a 1,000 year old legend.
  12. Feeling slightly more perky as i move to a pint dose....Castle Eden ale in the Dun Cow.
  13. Food was delicious and HOT!....Just left the Shakespeare after a half of "Three hops" siutabley herbal with a hint of lemon
  14. Going to shift this Bug with brute alcoholic force now that the week is over....measured if course...firstly a hot/Spicey Thai green curry to get some heat going to sweat out some toxins!
  15. I'll flush it out my system with some Japanese Whisky tonight
  16. Super breakfast viewing Sam...some nice little filming touches and angles... wrench/ZigZag combo seems a popular combo

The last three days we have been on a clearance job stretching for a few hundered yards and every time we stop for bait i fall asleep...just woken up after nearly 12 hours kip yesterday....rough as a Badger's arse...need to get the final 250 yards done today then i can deal with it better at the weekend...going to hit the vitamin C today......
