just hire a hand held floor sander from ermin plant that will rip it down

give it to spud to play with,it won`t struggle through 6 inch timber then.:thumbup:hes just done my 254:thumbup:

9 and 12 here + 36 inch for the local pub ,and 4 to 6 inch fat the norm , the pub will take 12 inch fat knotty bits

the chain brake handle is only metal pipe anyway,easy to fabricate,would not a 1 or 2 seris c/b handle fit?(plastic one)

regular veg oil is just as bad,

think i used nail varnish remover last time acitone excuse spelling,if its burnt oil decarboniser but you have to buy 25 litre drums .last count about 80 quid,gr8 for cylinders an carbs,bad for your skin a enviro tho.

does anyone know if the ms440 exhaust fits the newer 441 model? got a 441 with bust exhaust. or even better, anyone have a spare exhaust?

I don't know how I ever managed without mine ! It serves me well and is very useful in the yard,yes sometimes in tight places in a wood it may be a little easer if it were mounted on the trailer. but as other has said I tuck it up behind the tractor.

When he took the E-clip off the chain break system the clutch fell out without him having to unscrew it a lot of melted plastic inside.

So something seized and melted.

bearing or maybe the clutch got overheated ???job to say without looking at the saw.

if so part number 1124 021 1100 ring your local dealer for a price.i wouldnt think it would be too dear,

are you on about the plastic cover held on with 2 screws?
