ok, it was built in 1991 for the camel trophy off road event. It was used as a communications unit whilst undertaking a 4 week expedition across tanzania to burundi in extreme off road conditions. it got rolled and badly damaged before being sold off to the public. A guy in scarborough bought it to rebuild and sold it on to me in 2005. I know use it for off roading, and travelling, that pic was in the alps in switzerland.
