Had mine done the op is 100% should work every time. Doc said mine was worst he had seen. 1 week with out driving, back to light work after that, 4 weeks sorted. The op takes about 10 mins I watched the doc do the op. go for it else you will suffer for ever more.

Does any body know where we could get 205L drum of chain oil. Seems very difficult to find. Most places only do 25L.

Send team of men with machinery, pay them time double time on a Sunday. Don't forget the crane hire. To run the risk of LA or police telling you to go away and try again with an official road closure. Only to pay it all again and the closure fee. Don't forget how impressed the client will be. Mmmmmmmmmmmm

We put many closures on including sundays. Please let me know how you put an offfical closure on in acordance with chapter 8 and a RASWA notice with no costs on a sunday?

If the closure is for 5 days or less you can put an emergency closure on quite quickly. You will need to put a diversion up as well as close the road. Does the £1600 include this? sounds like it may to me. You may be able to put the diversion up your self for a lot less but you will need all the correct signs and Chapter 8 signing, lighting and guarding supervisor and operator qualifications. Usually cost us £240 but we do the closure etc.. If you cannot carry out the work as to chapter 8 without a closure you must use a closure else HSE with be after you and your insurance may be void!
