  1. thats a handy one too remember ! you can always do what dean says and do a pleach cut (hedge laying) that works well..but depends on size of tree and type..

    have you had a word with the caretaker ? the school is responsible for on site security, just cover your self by putting signs up .. like the ones the commission use on timber piles and put idiot tape around it... best of luck mate

    the school, but to cover your self place one of those "danger timbers sings up..the ones the commisson use (forest opperation type) .... do a copy of the sigh in case that gets nicked !

    cheeky sod`s ! the removal of the timber was part of the contract, so the stuffs yours ! do`nt you just hate when some one say`s " could you just "..... i`ve had the same on jobs with people stealing wood... i`ll go the extra mile to cut up the rubbish so people can take it way, but the good stuff in long lengths. good stuff are perks of the job !

  8. thanks for the heads up ! all you can do is slow the shites down ! i would go for a "clutch claw" or the like as steering lock are not up to the job. There has been a few landys stolen around my local area, they brake into your house for the keys !
