  1. Which carbon fibre spikes are we talking about guys?! (geckos?)
  2. Lumberjack, until recently i have allways climbed on Yale XTC and XTC+ but have just recently bought a 40 meter and 5 meter edelrid x-perience 12mm line from Rob at treeworker.co.uk and in my opinion the edelrid is streets ahead of the yale. But then again i allways managed just fine with the yale before hand. When i was in your position a few weeks ago i gave Rob at treeworker a ring and picked his brains for 30mins on all sorts of gear, he's a very honest helpful bloke. I ended up buying the lines and a few different bits and pieces including an ART rope guide, now that is a seriously s*it hot bit of kit! well worth the money. And i have experienced no milking with the edelrid, which the yale allways used to do.
  3. I had a go at footlocking on double ropes with a klemheist for the first time yesterday. . . . bugger me was it hard work! i had to wear rubber coated gloves to grip the rope properly and it made me realise just how bad my technique is! haha, its no good getting 25ft off the deck and having a rest as the bloody klemheist bites solid. A bit more practice is needed on the double rope technique me thinks
  4. Heya Steve, your right it is long time no speak! i've been working far too hard and spearfishing with all my free time. Hows things in the East all good i hope?
  5. Martin, when don't you need a bit of a gee up! haha Get on your phone and start making calls. Your old mans way to soft. Let you live at home for sweet fa. haha Love Reeney. xXx
