  1. ive just started to cheat in footlocking, i climb on a tachyon and footlocking a single 11mm rope seems a whole waste of energy so i now use a pantin, cant fault it, but there is nothing like a good old double rope foot lock, only used footlocking here in oz, never had to do it in the uk but its deffinatly the way to acend into a tree

  2. ay up guys, not been on here in ages!! dont get much time for the computer nowdays, as the title says ive got 7 days till i fly to oz! ive not sorted any work out but im pretty confident i can get it no probs with the contacts i have, one of them leading to mr tahune him self graeme! be nice to just go and watch!!! but any ways does any one have any last minuite advice?

  4. hey guys, ive not been on here in a while, christmas is a busy time:beerglass:

and i am now free and single! let the good time roll... i had a change of heart and think Oz offers more to me, has anyone got any tips on what to do how to find work there, i will be flying to brisbane with a freelance climber mate and we both dont have much clue yet on what to expect, so any help would be greatly appreciated,

  5. Good luck with bike vduben.

Wr's are nice bikes, I raced a WR 250f 2 seasons ago, after getting sick of my KTM 450 getting stuck. and getting cripling arm pump.

Now back to the 2 smokes, 'GasGas EC 200' they depreciate faster than a lead baloon but I absolutley love them.

Done 16 races this year and it's never let me down, Hare and Hounds and timecard enduros, and one exreme enduro which is better off forgotton about.

Get a few hours in on the trails and then have a go at racing its the best way way to spend a sunday afternoon.

ive been on it quite a bit now, last weekend i hit a 3ft deep puddle pretty fast, good job i had my front wheeel up!

it is deffinatly a good way to spend the sunday

  6. thorpey was a little before my time but he will always be a legend. my friends father was a big follower and has a cr500 collection of various models over the years from red rockets to later water cooled models.

motocross aint the same with 4 strokes, kinda like moto gp when they went to the dark side.

whenever im spectating or competing i will always support the 2 strokers!!!

me too!!!!!! i started on a smoker, loved it! but a thumper is far more practical for poping down the lane!!

  7. I just use a D shackle behind the strap, the great thing about the ratchet strap is their is zero movement (i find it a pain when the port a wrap flies in the air under load)

with the rachet it stays in a fixed position.

surley though a properly pre-tentioned rigging line should not fly up anyway?

  8. i havent had any breaky yeat and feel ill!!!! worth the watch though, i will be taking skyhucks idea and getting one and putting it in my helmet, can you get diferent size sachets?
