  1. id thought about cycling looks like it might be time to bring the carlton continental back out of retirement
  2. so after my attempt at a work climb on friday which if im honest left me in bits, ive decided to start doing some training. so back to swimming once or twice a week and try and cut down on the old ciders in the evening for a start, but what else do people suggest any help is greatly appreciated

  6. funny how things change. i still have my lanyard with positioner, but now carry a ropeguide, fig 8, sling and double pully for redirects, and another sling and krab

  12. so you hitch the ball retriever through spliced eye, it pulls through pully and hits shackle
  13. yes i do climb with a splice now to work out how to retrieve the thing

  16. i do alot of subby work, sometimes it can be a bit hit and miss, as firms will make sure their lads have got work before giving you any. you often end up doing the work that their lads dont want to do, but if your like me and like a challenge then its not a problem.imnot sure i could work for somwone else but often think rhw stability woud be nice

  21. it was actually a top for a hilux which is about 6 inches shorter than the mazda, the back window was smashed in, i tried to fix it and convert it to fit mine but whatever i tried looked rubbish, been sat down my yard for about 6 months till i had my brain wave, you should of seen my brothers face.... he owns a hilux
  22. blimey i never thought of that, means i can send my groundy home 10 mins early, add that up over the year and il save a fortune:001_cool:

  24. my new chip box, a truckman top with the top cut out, not bad for 20 quid and a small previously topped crown reduction(seem to be getting a few of these lately)
