How much for a van of timber

Just for fun and not knowing the ‘roadside’ value of hardwood round here which will be by the tonne by the way. (wrote this before Hodge posted)

 

A good load would be approx. 5 Cube of timber….. times 4 is 20 cube…….double it for split loose cube is 40 cube.

 

So it could have a ‘street value’ of 40 x £70 in this neck of the woods = £2800

that is split price surely id say 100-120

 

5 cube on a transit that sounds a lot to me :)

My maths is nearly always wrong:001_smile:

 

I was going by a transit being 3 metres long and 2 wide and stacking higher than the sides....Jeepers:sneaky2:

 

 

Suspension may well creak a bit:001_smile:
