Its been a little quiet on here for a while so i thought i would post todays carving in its raw state prior to oiling and a little burning. Getting asked for Hare Carvings often at the moment.

I refuse to comment because.... um, it looks like a top carve to me!

I particularly like the look of the ears from the back.

 

Are you gonna do a roadkill version next? :001_huh:

nice one. Im never quite happy with my hares

 

Thanks Dave, well its my first one in this pose, i think it looks a little over weight for a Hare, i will carve the next one leaner :biggrin:

Yes indeed i think i can do a flatter version to represent road kill :lol:
