Very nice:thumbup1: You could burn the letters once you have routered them.

What's the best way of burning the lettering without setting fire to it all?

 

I use this, the metal scrapers to keep a good line and curve of the lettering but the burner i have it quite accurate any way. There are bigger ones avalible but it do me fine.

Do you router by hand or have you a template you attach to router??

Do you router by hand or have you a template you attach to router??

 

Router by hand after a quick outline in pencil. Trying some elm this week so will have a go at burning after routing

Where did you get your burner from mate and was it expensive?
