I'm going to the apf tomorrow and want to know if I bring my cracked Zig zag up can I just do a straight swap with any of the traders for a new mk3 one?

Thanks

Been climbing on it for months. It's a pain waiting around for a courier and all that nonsense it'll be nice just to do a swap as I'm there. This will be the 3rd one I've cracked!

So you've been getting mk 2 for mk 2 replacements? You shouldn't have any problems with the mk 3. I haven't heard of a single one cracking.

The MK3 wasn't out when the others cracked.

I just posted mine at the post office straight to Petzl, took about 2 weeks.

I'd assume you would only get a swap from whole ever you bought it off.

My local dealer swapped mine even though I hadn't bought it there. I guess it depends on how helpful they are feeling at the time.
