garage broke my car, advise needed please

Josh, I took out the cat and the EGC valve and it still flys through the MOT.

 

The trick is to take it for a steady run and make sure the engine is fully warmed right through.

 

Mine have failed previously and I have taken them back half hour later to pass with flying colours, one time they asked me if I had turned the injector pump down.........erm no....just warmed the car up properly !!

Faulty cap could easily cause that PITA though.

ian, thats the one trade of mate i dont have-a mechanic! a randy little blonde female one would be nice . . .

 

dean, if my welding could have welded the rusty old exhaust, it wouldnt have a cat now!
