When we used to get rascals stuck you could just pull out the choke put it in gear then get out and push. You then have to chase it when it gets free.

The last time i was in a rascal(van type) there was 6 of us in it, those of us in the back thought it would be a great laugh to swing side to side and scare my mate whitless, trouble was, it did, and tipped the van on its side at 50mph!

Now that was a night out!

We all clambered out, rolled it back on its wheels and carried on.

Never been in one since!

get some tyres like this on it:thumbup1:

I tried everywhere to get ats for mine. Would be worth changing wheels to get some of those but they need to be 8 ply and take a fair amount of weight.

aparently some of the older suzuki/rascal/hijets had 4WD and diff locks! why:confused1:

pete

Because they're prone to getting stuck on wet grass, so a diff lock is very handy so the one wheel with grip can drive you.

would that even fit a cubic metre of logs on it :001_tt2::001_smile:

With that mesh on will take 2.5 cu metres and still just be legal weight wise but I would not fancy going round corners with weight that high.

Thanks guys I need one that will take the logs in the back any maybe some chippings and has to fit the quad on so any ideas what the size of deck is would be cool, also how ecomical are they?
