Proper "man time" now.

Looks great, I'm very jealous.

It's exactly where I'm heading though, so down to me now to get it done.

 

I think most of the lads on here should be 7.5 ton plus trucks, they just dont realise what its costing by not having one.

Could anyone offer some advice on where to start looking for an old flatbed to turn into a bolster body?

Been trying the usual internet searches but turned up nowt so far.

 

Anyone got on lying about for sale???cheers

They turn up on eBay once in a while. I was just lucky when I found my one.

I guessed that if I could find something already made it would be easier to alter that, than try to make one from scratch.

Just need to keep my eyes open on the net etc and hope one comes up for the right price.

 

 

Forestry/Arb is not very well catered for in the truck world, most of the HGV`s you see on here have had adaptations or custom bodies made. Its not cheap ( ask JB :) ) but the only way to go.
