how about a grab lorry same price as a skip but they take more volume and also you dont need a licence like you do with a skip to put them on the road

I'm in London. If I had sufficient local contacts I might be able to do as you suggest timtree - but at the moment I wouldn't know anyone in the appropriate areas.

 

I've pondered the idea of a portable electric shredder and selling the merits of woodchip mulch and logpiles for conservation...

 

Get a Jo-Beau, it'll chip up to 4inch diameter wood, you'd only need a small trailer to carry it on. Better still why not hook up with local tree surgeons and work in together?

i have used these they were quite good B&Q do them, get a micro chipper and these hippo bags and your sorted, good luck

Hippobags are used by a lot of jobbing builders where they dont require a larger skip, so I'd say fairly reliable

If you have no transport at all and you can't even cut it up small and stick it in a car I'd doubt the professionalism to your clients of the whole operation.

 

If you can't overcome this small hurdle I would look at approaching local tree surgeons, pass them the jobs for a percentage off the top until you are better equipped to carryout this work.

Very reliable I'd agree, quite a cost on a small job though.
