Good point Kc...i find that the ZZ behaves with the same smoothness on dry or wet trees if your rope runs through a friction reducing device.

Hi guys useing a pulley so that's out but its behaved it's self since i gave it a goo swearing and telling off hahah

Good to hear Pb...must admit that in the three or so years i've used one it has worked consistently 100% of the time.

Not a fan of the Marlow rope with it at all. Going back to Blue Tongue as soon as can afford it. The Marlow just seems too stretchy on a long ascent and doesn't self tend as well as the BT

I find it very stretching onlo g accents to its like you pull and pull when you stop and let goe you go back down the because of how stretchy it is will try the blue tongue and the Marlow seems to be frayed a lot quicker than my old yale fire xtc
