Need help with a forwarding crane ram

The knuckle ram on our old cranab is leaking. I've spent a while turning and turning the gland cap on the rod end of the ram but it ain't gonna come out. Its the type with three 10mm holes on the face plate that the rod comes out from. Anyway it wouldn't unscrew so can't get to the seals. I suspect the thread was crossed the last time someone replaced it ...

So Plan B.

Has anyone got a scoobies on what to do or even know of anyone with a spare hydraulic cylinder ram? I've tried JASP Wilson's website and will phone them tomorrow

We don't know the model number of the cranab (no plate nor stickers) but it has a 10 metre reach and a horizontal main ram tucked under the main boom and a two stage extension.

Rough Measurements are as follows:

rod 63mm

ram 135mm

eye to eye 1050mm closed (ish)

Hope you can help
