Hi, are you sure your pick up truck load is 1.8 cube?

 

Yes the one in the picture we used to fill with 1.8. We've actually got one slightly bigger now but do the same size loads for simplicity. Changing the pictures is on my list but I want to clean it up before I put a photo up.

I only ask as I'm thinking of having the back of the hilux made into a tipper. It currently only holds 1.2 level load. If the sides were slightly higher id get 2 cube in!

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that a standard hilux is quite a bit smaller because we've had a couple of people who pick up wood with one but add 6 inches to the sides and you should be OK and you can always heap a fair bit more in.

 

We've got an Isuzu tipper now with slightly higher than standard Sides and a fitted tarpaulin so we can really heap it without worrying.
