Not sure about arbjobs or the other one

But I used to find it difficult to find lads, until I put an add on Facebook,

put an add on one night at half nine, by eleven I had  four messages, by twelve the next morning I had to take it off as I had that many enquiries, I had five lad's ring in my own village and one came and knocked on door, he got taken on that day

That certainly has got to be worth a shot then. The only problem is I'm a bit numb when it comes to Facebook!  Did you just advertise on your own page or did you pay for one of the sponsored listing thingies?

I know what you mean, my Facebook skills are limited! 

But no it cost me nothing, just put it on my page and asked people to share it,
