Planning portal help

Hi,

Since the new website change with the planning portal I have been unable to upload any supporting documents.

I usually upload a PDF or JPEG file with a detailed image showing location of trees and properties, usually taken from Google Earth and street view.

Does anyone have this problem or is there something that I am missing?

Thanks

Ah, I've sorted it, been through all the different formats with no luck.

It came down to the title of the file name.

The images I saved were named with reference to the TPO number which included a forward slash ( / ) within the reference number. I removed this from the file name and its uploaded fine
