Praise due to Orange Plant - Thanks

Contacted Graham at Orange Plant late morning yesterday to get details and a spec for a replacement axle for my 10 year old entec 25. My local trailer place needed a load of measurements to make one up and were quoting 7-10 days for delivery, Graham thought there might be one left at the wholesalers, made contact to confirm it's existence and priced it £50 CHEAPER than getting a copy made, He arranged a Saturday delivery (Yes I had to pay for it but it mean't he had to rush it though) and it was with me just after 9am this morning.

 

Couple of hours in the garage today and the prompt and helpful service from Graham means I have not lost any working days.

 

The only worry was the unusual packaging. Bubblewrap - check, packing tape - check, shrinkwrap - check, packet of starbursts??????? What was all that about then? Very nice while fitting it though.

well done, i bet those sweets fell out his top pocket when wrapping up your parcel. i reckon it was a test. if you eat them then he will charge you double next time but if you sent them back he would of knocked another 10% off:sneaky2:

The supplier (???) always send sweets with each delivery. We normally take them out. But yours went direct. Think of all those staff at OP going without their sweets this morning lol.
