Trailer/tools insurance

Hi , new to the firewood job, have Ifor Williams tipper trailer for delivering logs, towable hydraulic log splitter , 2 chainsaws & small tools. How do I go on about insuring all these ?? I have business use insurance on my truck as lm self employed anyway but would that cover delivering logs ?? Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

Not very likely to cover tools.

Not sure about trailer damage maybe need to check my insurance😁

Get some insurance for the tools though well worth it hearing all the stolen reports

I dont know how you have structured your business but if you were hiring all your kit in ( and that can be hired in from yourself to your own buisness under an agreement) a simple hired in plant insurance would cover all those bits and pieces that would otherwise be a ballache to insure.

I'm looking to up my insurance and it not easy finding the right policy.
