That piece in the last pics looks flying a good distance out from the stem never noticed that when i've seen or done snatching bet it comes back with a good thump. Wonder what causes it? The snatch block being so low?

it was too hot ,i do wear a helmet as a rule it was so hot down here in sunny south wales i thought i get a bit of sun..i like to thank vince for coming in on such short noticeto help out..

sorry andy run outta credit for texting but as for the helmet thing in south wales there isn't alot for helmets to protect against most of us have no brains
