lease of land

Hi , has anyone on here ever leased land for growing of christmas trees ? if so approx what is the rate per acre per year ? and was a solicitor needed to facilitate the contract , and what terms and conditions might be a problem and what is the spec for final re- instatement at end of term ( if not continued ) any info would be helpful , many thanks ........

My overriding concern would be a lease long enough to get to harvest! Contract in legal form for sure.

And hoping that someone does not come in the night with a Lorry and chainsaw and steal your trees it's happened not far from me before!!
