I'm certainly no expert compared to guys on this site, but I'm currently buying a 661cm. I asked about the C and the dealer told me they can't sell it anymore due to emmisons. That's what I was told. I'm in Ireland so it could be different in UK market.

So do you think the first batch of 661 were c model without the m Tronic then they made a new model with the m tronic that became the cm all a bit confusion.

I see it's just a was looking at buying a second hand 661c off a friend but I think I will save a few more pennies and get a new cm model if it's gonna have a bit more power.

I think I'd be tempted to do that. FRJones have 30% off them I think.

I'd heard that the 661cm was better than a 660 now, as standard, and I think of you wanted a duel port muffler, then the carb would adjust itself to suit. Don't take that as gospel though!
