Helped some cops clear a fallen Elm on the way to work this morning, the male copper said " I don't even want to ask you why you're carrying a chainsaw around in the back of your car"

 

Why is it you only think of a clever, witty retort after the event?

cos you had to phone a friend?

 

bet it would have taken you at least 10 mins just to think of a friend to ring

1 damson tree, 1 plum tree (both old) and a huge oak branch right across a newly put up fenceline :bawling: and several other dead limbs dropping out of the larger ash trees on the farm here.

 

havent been further a field to look elsewhere,

 

the wind is just picking up again now, hopefully not going to be driving rain against the window all night again!

 

just waiting to see if this snow lands on us like there prediciting on the news! will have to crack out the quad and the toboggan if they are:proud:

what was the risk assesment like for operating a chainsaw near potentially damaged gas cylinders?

 

i assume as it looks like the tree came over the cage, they all had to have the valves checked :alberteinstein:
