Yay another fault with the truck

 

Checked an exhaust leak to find it hanging off and find diesel pouring out the lines near the tank, ran out of light to check it fully so will look tomorrow.

 

Am I right in thinking if I cut these to replace I need to reprise the engine somehow?

 

Just me or are second hand vehicles an endless headache? 😜

Not just you!

 

I went new and would never go back to used again unless i absolutely had to. The monthly payments on a new truck are less that what I used to spend on vehicle repairs and down time.

I dunno - you win some, you lose some.

 

I've never had new as I've never been able to warrant it, but second hand wise, other than my last landrover (which at 325,000 miles was still running like a good'n) the most reliable vehicles I've had have cost less than 2-3 months payments on something like a new hilux.

 

That said, my current daily driver is 21 years old :blushing:
