Seizure on echo CS-350 WES. Time to bin it ?

I picked this second hand saw a while back sold with minor issues so thought I'd give it a punt.

Finally got round to totally stripping it today and found that it has had a exhaust side seizure. The piston/ring is toast. No dramas

My questions are can the cyclinder be saved or is it time for the bin.

I've just got a new Dolmar 420 from 'Shavey' so I don't need it but would like to keep this Echo if it economically viable. But don't want to throw good money after bad.

What do you think. Can it the cyclinder be honed out or are they plated internally and honing a no no?

Doesn't look good buddy  hard to tell from the pictures but if it needs a cylinder is it worth it? Why did it go in the first place? Neat fuel, air leak... I'm rebuilding a 064 at the moment, got it cheap enough to chuck a few notes at it:biggrin:
