Anything gonna happen to the Tree/any targets ?

Not sure yet, its on a private estate, so down to the landowner. but may pose a threat to the main road at the front. Did I id the right fungus? and what would the options be? reduction? mono?, dont want to recomend removal, as it is an awsome tree.

Unchecked it could very well end up like the one in Seans thread below.

As for what to do........too many unknown variables to make suggestions, general health and vascular dynamics of the Tree/Targets, all need to be assessed etc....

 

If it is prized by the landowner, then they will need opt for further decay detection/inspection.

 

 

Keep us posted, a photo of the Tree in it's setting would be interresting to see.
